Official 1998 World Series ball signed in blue ink by twenty members of the 1998 World Champion New York Yankees, including Derek Jeter, Torre (Mgr., sweet spot), Mariano Rivera, Raines, Cone, Martinez, Knoblauch, Davis, Girardi, O’Neill, Bush, Stanton, Nelson, Spencer, Mendoza, Hernandez, and Sojo. The signatures are all fairly uniform in grade, averaging “9-10.” Mint condition. A Steiner Sports hologram label is affixed to a side panel. This is an outstanding New York Yankees team ball dating from the club’s 1998 World Championship season in which it set a record for most wins (114) in a single season.
