This image features the great Lou Gehrig. Gehrig spent his entire 17-year career as a first baseman with the New York Yankees, helping the team to six World Series titles before being felled by a disease that would eventually carry his name. During his illustrious career, the “Iron Hourse” had 13 consecutive seasons with more than 100 runs batted in and 100 runs scored and played in 2,130 consecutive games.
